How should I prepare for my consultation?

We try to keep our consultations as casual and stress-free as possible, so there’s no need to make any special preparations beforehand. This isn’t a sales call, but a chance for you get to know us and for us to get to know your business.

However, if you would feel more comfortable making preparations before your consultation, some questions that are useful to consider beforehand include:

  • What type of website and hosting do you currently have if you have one? Ex. WordPress on Hostgator
  • Are there any problems you are aware of that need solving?
  • Are there any specific features or updates you would like to exist on your website?
  • Who are some of your competitors?
  • Who is your target audience?
Do I need to be familiar with marketing, websites, or UX/UI before our call?

Not at all! We’re here to help you with all of that so you can focus on what matters most: running your business.

During the consultation, we’ll do our best to answer any questions you may have without bogging it down with technical jargon. Our main goal is to learn about your business needs to see if we are the right fit to help you achieve your goals.

How will the consultation take place?

Free Consultations are scheduled for 15-30 minutes blocks. In most cases, we prefer to do these first contacts over the phone or in a video call. If your business is based in Berwick, Shickshinny, Wilkes-Barre, or a similarly local location, we’d be happy to visit with you in-person for follow-ups.
